Dabs Myla – Before & Further

Los Angeles based multidisciplinary artists Dabs Myla recently completed an exceptional new project, which consists of a beautifully painted and renovated two-level home, complete with Dabs Myla-Modernica furniture, fully-decorated bar, living room, black-lit nightclub room, and an upstairs art gallery displaying their exhibit, “Before & Further”.

Dabs Myla’s “Before & Further” exhibition and installation at the Modernica Factory in Los Angeles is now open to the public, and will be on view through November 15th, 2015.

Kat O’Sullivan – Psychedelic Rainbow House

Kat O’ Sullivan recently decided to purchase a home in upstate New York that had been built in 1840 and decided to create her own personal psychedelic outdoor art installation. Sullivan spent countless hours painting and renovating until the home looked like a psychedelic rainbow complete with oddly shaped windows, eyes and a big mouth.

LXOne – 40 Jours

LXOne is back with a full video of his painting installation entitled “40 Jours” (40 days). Over this period of time he was to transform a house prior to its demolition in the most beautiful way. Erwin Wurm – Fat House

Austrian born artist, Erwin Wurm, currently lives and works in Vienna and Limburg and is notorious for his sculpture works, especially his “One Minute Sculptures”. Wurm also creates material-based (fat) sculptures that take everyday objects and make them obese. This piece, Fat House, is an overfed home that’s exploding at the foundation.
